Branded documentary production

Branded Documentary work

About this work

A branded documentary is a true story with a brand's name on it. We make them the way we cast: real people first, then the film built around them. For SageSure we produced and directed Sam's Story, a 4:25 documentary led by its 30-second cut, on how the company responded to the 2025 Palisades fires. For BAI, with Tribeca Studios, we produced and directed branded documentaries for the Tribeca Film Festival in 2023, directed by Sasha Levinson. For DICK'S Sporting Goods and GameChanger, Bat Lab became nine episodes from a two-day shoot. Because casting and research are in-house, we find the people first and build the film around them, then carry it through post to broadcast and digital delivery.

Questions

What's the difference between a branded documentary and a commercial?
A documentary follows real people and real events; the brand is the context, not the script. We deliver both the long piece and the cut-downs.
How long are they?
Sam's Story is 4:25 with a 30-second cut; Bat Lab ran as nine episodes.
Can you find the subjects?
Yes. Real-people casting and character research are in-house.
Do you handle post and delivery?
Yes, through final delivery for broadcast and digital.
